Elvira Percival Bush was the daughter of Philip Bush and Vicy Tousey. It looks like she was named after a sister of Vicy, Elvira Percival Tousey. There is also an Elvira Percival, daughter of Jabez Percival and Elizabeth Stearns, so it does link these families.
Elvira P. Bush was born July 9, 1827 in Woodford county, Kentucky and died July 13, 1839, probably in Burlington, Kentucky. Her Find-a-Grave Memorial can be found
